For many years at Stewarts Wine Co it has been practice to put aside select parcels of wine into our temprature controlled cellar. Why? The ability to look after wines in perfect cellaring conditions is not available to everybody and one of the beauties of wine is being able to enjoy a wine in or nearer its drinking window that the winemaker designed for the wine to be showing at its best.
