Description
This champagne is a classic from the house of Lenoble , made from the trio of Chardonnay , Pinot Meuniere and Pinot Noir from vineyards around Epernay.
It is aged on lees for at least two and a half years and is dosed with 6 grams of sugar per litre. Notes of white fruit apples and pears on the nose and a palate including those apples and pears along with plums and redcurrant, lemon and grapefruit, acacia, along with nuts and brioche pastry on the finish.
