Description
This champagne, dressed in a pure vibrant yellow, offers a citrus nose combined with floral notes of honeysuckle and acacia, followed by the first hints of a toasty continuation. In the month it is well structured and well-rounded. Chardonnay provides mineral notes that blend perfectly with the hints of dried fruits, apricot in particular, before giving way to honey flavours. The finish is fresh, light and persistent.
