This example displays the very best of those qualities. Winemaking of the greatest care and attention from low yielding intense fruit. Purple red in colour with a slight light blue hue. Aromas of black cherry, raspberry and blueberry. A distinct minerality provides extra interest in the aroma. Minimal oak has resulted in a smooth red with soft tannins, moderate acidity and good balance. This great wine will partner grilled vegetables, pizza or in fact any casual dining, but casual in that elegant, stylish and beautiful Italian way!
