Sourced from fruit grown at some of the highest altitudes in Europe, the unique microclimate produces wine of exceptional clarity and finesse. Youthful and vibrant, it's clear / yellow in appearance with aromas of apple intermingling with floral notes. On the palate, a vibrant acidity carries a delicate minerality through to a crisp finish. Some contact with the yeast lees has brought a greater complexity to the mouth feel of this wine. An excellent partner for light appetizers, fish and delicate seafood dishes. Drink young and serve chilled. An excellent alternative to reisling or pinot grigio.
