The 2011 "Red Bucket" White is a blend of 52% Semillon and 48% Sauvignon Blanc. The concentrated tropical fruit of Sauvignon Blanc is tempered by the restrained citrus of Semillon.
A refreshing elegant wine with a balanced crisp finish.The fruit was handpicked, then chilled to 10?C, the juice separated and skins pressed. Bentonite fining and coarse earth filtering ensures a clear, bright finish.
This wine was awarded a Bronze Medal at the 2011 Royal Adelaide Wine Show.
It has an alcohol level of 10.5% with 3.1 grams per litre of residual sugar.
