Grown in the near perfect 'Granite Belt' region of southern Queenland, verdelho is originally from Portugal and lends itself beautifully to our conditions. Bursting with tropical fruit aromas and a mouthwatering passion fruit palate. Although dry and crisp to finish this wine is all about 'juicy fruit' with skillfully balanced acidity which gives the wine great structure. One of the few wines that are complete enough to compliment spicy food. Try it with a Thai! If you like fruit driven, juicy whites, Verdelho really is a gem waiting to be discovered.
